An innovative Patented Technology : Spray Metallization
The result of more than ten years of research,
Jet Metal™’s technology consists in spraying 2 aerosols in aqueous phase, whom will form a liquid film in which an oxidation-reduction reaction takes place after being in contact with the workpiece.
This chemical reaction creates a uniform and homogeneous metallic layer on the workpiece’s surface area.

Spray Metallization : “The Dynamic Chemical Deposit”
This innovative process allows the creation of a metallic layer on any type of material (plastics, metals, ceramics, glass, etc) and whatever its shape is. This technology falls into the category of thin layers. The thickness ranges are between 10nm and 5μm.
Sprayed, Jet Metal’s deposits are applied at ambient temperature and pressure in a paint booth. This innovation process overcomes the complex issues of traditional processes and techniques.
Industrial applications are divided between two main themes:
- Decoration: Jet Metal™ has developed and patented a decoration line based on its spray metallization technology allowing to give an aesthetic metallic aspect to the workpieces.
- Functionalization: Jet Metal™ offers thin coating (10nm-10µm) allowing to bring specific properties to surface areas (EM shielding, IR reflectivity, electrical conduction,…).
Jet Metal™ has specialized in silver-based coating and now offers a range of unique solutions and very high performances.
